Baby photos submitted by the deadline of Tuesday, February 16 will be included in our Baby of the Year contest. Submitted baby photos will be viewable online and readers can vote online for the Baby of the Year. The winning 2009 Baby of the Year will be featured on the cover of the keepsake “New Neighbors” edition.
